Who we are

Sling Health chapters take unmet clinical problems from the people who run into them, and put student teams to work on them for a year. This chapter has been an official Sling Health chapter since September 2026 and is a registered student organization at Michigan State University.

Start from problems clinicians meet in their own practice, not from ideas looking for a use.
Put medicine, engineering, business, and design on the same team.
Review the work through the year, the problem before the solution.
Finish with a tested prototype, presented publicly.
