ClearCard is a preference card auditor designed for ambulatory surgery centers to improve card accuracy and recover supply dollars, without adding work for your OR.

ClearCard targets operating-room supply waste driven by stale surgeon preference cards. It benchmarks the supplies listed on each card against historical case usage to recommend what should change.
How the loop works
Three CSVs a facility already has become recommendations a surgeon can review, then a cleaned card that returns to the existing system.
Upload
Start with three CSVs: preference cards, case usage, and item costs.
Score
A Bayesian scoring engine benchmarks each card line against historical case data and produces confidence-scored recommendations.
Approve
Surgeons approve, tweak, or reject recommendations line by line. Nothing changes without their sign-off.
Export
The cleaned preference card exports back to the facility’s existing system.
Next month’s usage re-enters the same loop.
